Do I need to enter the data myself?
No. Members or parents can fill in their own details through an online form that the club can customise. If you already have a list of members, parents or players, we’ll help you import it into the platform.
Will my data be secure on the platform?
The security of your data is a priority for us. We are certified and strictly comply with Spanish and European data protection regulations. All users must accept our privacy policies when signing up, and our terms and conditions ensure the protection of both the club and its members.
How can I collect membership fees?
For members, there are two options: card payment or direct debit. In the first case, it’s very simple: we provide the club with a virtual POS, just like any online store. The member or parent simply fills in their details and pays the fee. If you want to use direct debit, the club must first complete some procedures with its bank. In both cases, the club can set up recurring charges without needing to request data again.
